We are Warwick’s oldest independently owned and operated family business.

With a long-standing history in the Warwick district, Wade Real Estate has been helping local families, individuals and investors, buy, rent and sell in the community since 1988.

Real Estate is synonymous with the Wade name. It started with Bob Wade opening the first agency in Patrick Street Dalby in 1966, in 1988 Stuart and Susanne Wade opened Bob Wade Real Estate in Warwick, the business transitioned to Wade Real Estate in 1992.

In 2019 Wade Real Estate became third generational with Kelly Reardon (Stuart and Susanne’s daughter) purchasing the business and continuing the family name and tradition of ……
